Our Journey
The Company was founded in 2007 in Gurgaon, previously known as “SRG Mouldings”, it is now “Brahma Autotech Pvt Ltd” with a small scale manufacturing unit.
In 2014, With increasing demand, the Company relocated to a larger, state-of-the-art facility in Manesar, Haryana. This move doubled production capacity and enabled the company to serve larger clients.
In 2021, a second manufacturing plant was opened in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, firmly known as “ Brahma Technoplast Pvt Ltd”). This plant focused on advanced machinery to improve efficiency and precision. And addition of Tool Design and Manufacturing with In-House Tool Room.
In 2022, Brahma Group taken over “KMS Moulders” in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, firmly known as ”Brahma Autotech Pvt Ltd”.
In 2024, a fourth manufacturing plant was launched in Vapi, Gujarat. “Brahma Autotech Pvt Ltd” prioritized automated production, utilizing advanced machinery and robotics to boost efficiency and precision.
Future Expansion
The new manufacturing plant, spanning 2 acres at Reliance MET City in Jhajjar, Haryana is set for future expansion. Construction has begun, with production scheduled to commence by April 2026.
1. Starting an Assembly Line:
• Introduce a dedicated assembly line for producing more complex products that require multiple components. This adds value beyond just moulding, allowing the company to offer fully assembled products.
2. Automation and Smart Manufacturing:
• Invest in automation technologies, such as robotic arms and AI-driven monitoring systems, to increase efficiency, reduce manual labor, and improve product quality.
3. Diversification into New Markets:
• Expand into sectors such as healthcare, or electronics, which require high-precision moulded parts. This can help tap into a broader customer base.
4. Capacity Expansion:
• Increase production capacity by purchasing additional machines or upgrading to more advanced, high-output models to meet rising customer demand.
5. Product Development Services:
• Offer design and prototyping services to clients, assisting them from the product concept phase to full-scale production. This value-added service can create long-term partnerships.
6. Global Expansion:
• Explore opportunities in international markets by setting up facilities in regions with lower production costs or higher demand, thereby increasing global reach.
